Cancellation Policy

At Redberry Retreat, I understand that unanticipated events occur in everyone’s life. Unforeseen events such as flight delays, car problems, traffic considerations, business meetings, and project deadlines, are just a few reasons why one might consider cancelling an appointment.

In my commitment to provide a unique and outstanding treatment experience to all of my clients and out of consideration for therapists’ time, I have adopted the following policies:

Please be aware that appointments cancelled within a 48 hour notice period or if you do not turn up for your appointment – this will incur the full charge of the treatment.

Please do not book or attend appointments if you are feeling unwell or if you are displaying symptoms of any infectious illness.  If you are unable to attend due to an infectious illness, your appointment will be rescheduled and payment carried forward to the new appointment.  You are able to reschedule this appointment once before appointment is cancelled and payment is lost. 

 

Cancellations will need to be made at least 48 hours before appointment time. Refunds will not be provided for cancellations with less than 48 hours notice. Payments made for appointments will be carried forward to new appointment time if rescheduled within the 48 hour notice period or if you are unable to attend due to an infectious illness.  

 

You are only able to reschedule your appointment at least 48 hours before your appointment time.  If you do need to reschedule, your new scheduled appointment will need to be within 3 weeks of your original appointment date.  You are able to reschedule your appointment twice before your appointment is cancelled and payment is lost. 

 

 Please advise me as early as possible by text / Whatsapp message if you are unable to attend your appointment. 

 

Refunds will not be provided to clients who do not arrive for appointments or fail to provide notice or if payment has not already been made the full treatment price will be invoiced and need to be paid. 

Prepaid treatments / block bookings / gift voucher appointments not attended by clients will not be refunded or carried over.

Late cancellations and ‘no-shows’ disrupt the conscientious and prompt service I aspire to provide to all, I am very busy and there will always have been someone who could have been given to missed appointment slots, which is why, as a courtesy to other clients and myself, these charges exist.

In the unfortunate event that I need to cancel your appointment I will endeavour to offer another alternative at the earliest convenience. 

If you are running late for your appointment please make contact and let me know as soon as possible, depending on my schedule and other clients booked in after you I may need to adapt and shorten your treatment time , the full amount of original appointment will need to be paid. If it is a waxing appointment I will get as much done as possible in the time I have.
